Our massage therapist, Carol, offers deep muscle and/or Swedish massage. Swedish massage makes use of long gliding strokes to promote relaxation. For the full body massage, oils are used and the client is draped.

Seated massage is also offered. The client remains fully clothed while resting in a special chair designed for the upper body seated massage experience.
